Joanie Laurer @ People's Choice Awards (3 Pics Inside); Matt Hardy Comments On Lita's Injury, Surgery

Former WWF / WWE women's and IC Champion Joanie 'Chyna' Laurer was at the People's Choice Awards which took place over the weekend. Below are two photos from her appearance.

Watching her sucking on a lollipop, I keep having flashbacks of her XXX video. I guess there she had a "lollipac".

With her scheduled appearance on Howard Stern this Friday, something tells me her outfit might be the brunt of more jokes. I can hear it now how her dress looks like window curtains from 1980.

(Special thanks to Ched Stout for sending along the pics)

Matt Hardy posted the following statement on his website earlier today:

"Just wanted to give everyone an update on Amy. On Sunday night, Amy completely tore her ACL and slightly tore her meniscus. She came home on Monday evening and has been in a lot of pain. Today (Wednesday) I am going with Amy to Birmingham, Alabama, and she will have her surgery on Thursday. For those wondering, she will be having the exact same surgery that I had. Due to lack of open flights, I will be driving back to Raleigh from Birmingham late Thursday night/early Friday morning to catch my originally planned flight to Grand Rapids for my appearance Friday night. Amy's mom will be with her when I leave. Please keep Amy in your thoughts, I really hate she has to go through another major surgery. If you're gonna be in Grand Rapids or St. Louis, I'll seeya there."

We wish Amy 'Lita' Dumas a speedy recovery. I know mathematically, 25% of the womens division is missing now with her injury. But when you look at talent and fan appeal, her loss is much greater to the womens division and WWE fans.

Thanks for reading.
