CH News out of Canada reports that 41 year old wrestler and Vancouver resident Ion William 'Johnny K-9' Croitoru was arrested today in Hamilton, Ontario Canada in the connection of the 1998 murders of Fred and Lyn Gilbank. The Gilbanks were shot and killed in their home back on November 16th, 1998 as they were sleeping.

No connection between Croitoru or The Gilbanks have been made public at this time. Croitoru has a long arrest record which includes assault, drug trafficking. He also was a former gang member of The Satan's Choice. Two weeks ago, Canadadian Law Enforcement offered deals for anyone that may have had knowledge or lesser ties to anyone who was responsible for the double murders. Rumor has it that former members of the bike gang came forward and implicated Croitoru in the murders. Croitoru was arrested today without incident on two

charges of murder, and conspiracy to committ murder.

Croitoru, wrestled 15+ years for promotions including WWF, Smoky Mountain, Stampede, FMW, ICW, and New Japan just to name a few. Back in the 80's with the WWF although a jobber, he had many matches against top babyfaces including Hulk Hogan.
