As Don Tony (who is a licensed Insurance Broker) predicted, Wells Fargo shot down Terry 'Hulk Hogan' Bollea's lawsuit. DT popped that they called it frivolous. Not only will The Hulkster lose this lawsuit, but facts will come out that will remind us how shi**y of a parent he was. Maybe he can sue Mama and Papa Bollea (if they're alive) too for not teaching him how to be a better parent. He sues everyone else when he can't fu**ing take responsibility for his bad decisions and actions. How soon before Hulkster blames his stupidity to past chairshots to the head?..

On TNA's website, they attribute their piss poor ratings as 'scheduling conflicts' for wrestling fans. Instead of moving the show to avoid conflicts, they try to push fans to DVR Impact. So if that's their take on this matter, THEN WHY THE FU** DOES SPIKE TV NEED TO AIR IMPACT ON MONDAY NIGHT'S IN PRIMETIME? Hey Spike, throw their show on at 3AM since fans are going to DVR it anyway. A 0.5 rating, even a 1.0 rating in prime time warrants cancellation or a move to a sh** time slot.
