Example #88; Why Hulk Hogan Is An Idiot: The Frivolous Insurance Lawsuit
Since yours truly is a licensed Insurance Broker for well over a decade, I know very well the regulations and underwriting guidelines in the Auto Insurance Industry.
And I am sure none of us wrestling fans give didly sh** if Hulk Hogan wins or loses his lawsuit against Wells Fargo Insurance Company. But it seems everyone finds it quite entertaining to expose the stupidy of The Hulkster. This latest stunt is no different and we will divulge into this attempt for Hulk to either find another way for easy income, or wants to divert his son's guilt onto Wells Fargo.
Im not surprised an attorney decided to pick up this case. But during Monday night's edition of The Don Tony And Castle Show, you will hear several legal reasons why in our opinion, Hulk Hogan is going to lose this match against Wells Fargo; with a run-in from 'The Underwriter'. (No it's not a corny TNA wrestler, but the real thing).
I hope this idiot remembered the underwriting guidelines about obtaining a Personal Umbrella. Here's a hint. His son's repeated speeding tickets doing over 100mph is grounds to be DENIED an Umbrella. Oh there's alot more than this.
You would think he should have been more concerned disciplining his son; a minor at the time speeding recklessly. You would think he should have been a better parent by not sitting in the passenger seat as his son hit over 100mph as a minor. What's next? Is Hulk going to sue his parents for not teching him how to be a good father? It seems like he sues everyone for 'not giving him proper advice'. Then again, maybe he can blame his stupidity and lack of common sense on chairshots to the head.
We promise to make this entertaining to all of our listeners, since again - we know many of you could care less about this foolish lawsuit. But Don Tony will enjoy being proven right when Wells Fargo, with the assistance of The Underwriter (not The Undertaker) refutes this with proof. In the end, all this will do is further expose The Hulkster's poor parenting skills, and the reckless behavior of his son (at the time).
