Pro Wrestling Legend Steve 'Dr Death' Williams Passes Away At 49
A very sad way to end 2009 (and this crappy decade) as one of the legitimate all time greats in pro wrestling has passed away.
Steve 'Dr Death' Williams, died Tuesday after battling cancer for several years. He was only 49 years old.
On behalf of everyone here from The Don Tony And Kevin Castle Show as well as Wrestling-News.com, we would like to send our condolences to his family and friends. Anyone can do a name search for Steve Williams within our Episode Archives and you will see how much we not only appreciated his career, but hoped he would pull thru his illness.
It would not be fair to start singling out any individual or group. However we would like to extend a special thank you to Dawn Marie (Wrestlers Rescue) and everyone within WWE, TNA, and the Indy Wrestling world that offered whatever assistance they could to Steve Williams in recent months.
