OWNED! Attorney For Dr Astin Caught In A Major Lie (Followup To Our 7/3/2007) Article

Back on July 3rd, we posted the article listed below. Noone else on the internet or news picked up on this, but we thought we caught the attorney for Dr Astin (Manny Arora) in a major lie. It pertained to a comment I personally watched him make on Fox News. You can read the article below to read why we felt he was lying on national television and how funny it would end up if we were right.

Today (7/11/07), Federal Investigators in Atlanta have seized the medical records of Mark Jindrak (M.J.) Oscar Gutierrez (O.G.) aka Rey Mysterio, Lawrence Pfolhl aka Lex Luger, Bob Howard aka Hardcore Holly, Marcus 'Buff' Bagwell, Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit, and Mike Durham aka Johnny Grunge.

In addition, local TV in Atlanta is noting that the initials 'O.G.' and 'M.J' originally mentioned in the indictment were in fact Mark Jindrak and Oscar Gutierrez aka Rey Mysterio.

Hopefully news media jumps on this, especially Fox News' Greta Van Susteren. Here's our 7/3/2007 article (OR CLICK HERE) for those who are interested in reading it:

About Those Initials O.G., M.J: Attorney For Dr Astin Caught In A Major Lie?

A seven count indictment issued Monday (7/2/07) accuses Dr. Astin of improperly prescribing various pain killers and other controlled substances to two individuals. The two recipiants Were listed only by the initials "O.G." and "M.J.".

1wrestling.com is reporting that at least one of the initials (M.J.) listed in the indictment of Dr Phil Astin is a former WCW / WWE wrestler. And the other (O.G.) could be a current WWE wrestler. The article goes on to say that the initials could stand for Mark Jindrak and Rey Mysterio (real name Oscar Gutierrez).

The accusation that Manny Arora, Dr Astin's attorney lied is coming strictly from myself and Wrestling-News.com. However, I have been following the Benoit / Dr Astin situation quite close. Dr Astin's attorney has appeared on several TV news shows. I have caught almost every appearance.

However one appearance he made Monday night gives me legitimate cause to accuse the attorney of lying. Or, the 1wrestling.com article and their source is 100% incorrect.

The reason I say this is has to do with Manny Arora's appearance on Greta Van Susteren (Fox News) Monday 7/2/2007. Greta, being one of my favorite news analyists questioned the attorney real good on several topics. And during that appearance, the attorney stated that the two individuals in the indictment ("O.G." and "M.J".) were elderly patients suffering from cancer.

Again these accusations are coming strictly from Wrestling-News.com. One thing is for certain. Someone's claim is 100% incorrect.

If you ask me, I think if other wrestlers are revealed as to have received medicinal items from Dr Astin, it will have nothing to do with the "O.G" or "M.J." matter.
